This Privacy Policy describes how Augment collect, use, and share information in connection with the Augment SMS and RCS messaging program. See also our Messaging Terms.

Information we collect
In connection with the Program, we collect:
- Contact information you provide when opting in, including name, mobile phone number, email, and company.
- Consent records, including the date, time, source, and method of your opt-in, retained as proof of consent.
- Message content and metadata, including messages sent and received, delivery status, and timestamps.
How we use information
- Operate and deliver the Program, including sending the messages you have requested.
- Route messages between RCS and SMS based on device and carrier capability.
- Maintain records of opt-ins and opt-outs as required by applicable law and carrier rules.
- Respond to your replies, including HELP and STOP.
- Monitor and improve the reliability and security of the Program.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies. Typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.
Information sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us deliver the Program, including downstream telecommunications providers and wireless carriers, and as required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-out & help
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@goaugment.com.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
