Messaging terms

This SMS and RCS messaging program (the “Program”) is operated by Augment Technologies (“Augment,” “we,” “us”). Through the Program, we send text messages to participating subscribers, including product updates, event invitations, announcements, and related communications.

We deliver messages via Rich Communication Services (RCS) where supported and fall back to standard SMS where RCS is not available. A single opt-in covers both delivery methods.

You enroll in the Program by submitting the opt-in form on this site. By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and consent to receive recurring automated messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Typically a few messages per month.

There is no charge from Augment for participating in the Program. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Please contact your mobile provider for details.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will receive no further Program messages.

The Program is available on major U.S. and Canadian mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Augment is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
